Engineers Week

Engineers Week is a week-long programme of nationwide events with the aim of celebrating the world of engineering in Ireland. It aims to create a positive awareness and spark enthusiasm about the engineering profession to people of all ages, especially students and their teachers and parents. This afternoon conference is a collaboration with CIPD Ireland and will take place in the Institute’s Aurivo Auditorium aims to provide insights into the performance secrets of some of the most impressive organizations around the world. Engineering Expo 2017

The Engineering Expo is a new and exciting collaboration between IT Sligo and Industry. It is a chance for potential engineering students to gain knowledge of companies, interact with alumni and network with professional engineers. Participants at the Engineering Expo include Fortune 500 industry leaders, indigenous industry, and small and medium size companies from across Ireland. EdTech Conference

IT Sligo will host the 18th annual Irish Learning Technology Association (ILTA) EdTech2017 Conference next June. The event will facilitate lively interactive discourse from approximately 200 key educational policy makers, practitioners, researchers, learning technologists and industry professionals from Ireland and overseas, in the company of highly-stimulating keynote speakers. THRIC 2017 Annual Tourism & Hospitality Research in Ireland Conference

IT Sligo’s Department of Marketing, Tourism and Sport will welcome delegates to the 13th Annual Tourism and Hospitality Research in Ireland Conference (THRIC). The conference provides an annual opportunity for the dissemination and presentation of research in the broad tourism sector.
