Dr. Agnes Pallai teaches Acting and Directing. She spent seventeen years as an assistant director and a dramaturge at professional Hungarian theatres, worked in theatre productions in Romania and Russia, and taught drama and theatre in Hungarian higher education for eleven years. She studied actor training, educational drama and theatre at Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, gained a Master of Philosophy degree in Applied Arts at University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and a PhD in Hungary for her research into the artistic aspects of British Theatre in Education. Agnes joined the Performing Arts staff of IT Sligo in 2007.
