Useful Literature & Books
The use of books for therapeutic purposes is known as bibliotherapy. Self-help books have been used in this way for many years and are now being recommended as part of psychological therapy which allows you to begin a process of self-empowerment. There is strong evidence for the effectiveness of self-help books based on a cognitive behavioural approach.
